I´m working on an implementations of 7zip support (.7z) in emuControlCenter, so you can parse and start roms from within a 7zip package.

7zip is often used to organize rom collections because of the great compression for many similar files like in good sets. Take a look at tools like GoodMerge for an better idea.

The most emulators don´t support 7zip directly. For theses emulators you can use emuControlCenter to start the games direct without unpacking them if the implementation if done.
