Great news from the php-gtk2 dev team. They released a stable release of php-gtk2 after a very long development period. PHP-GTK is a wrapper around GTK, a cross platform library for creating desktop applications written in PHP 5.
The emuControlCenter is entirely written in php-gtk2 (except the ecc-tools). http://gtk.php.net/
