What brings this version? For multifile roms, now the current medium is shown in the lists and also sorted by this. In this version also a little bug in the commandline parameter is fixed. (see image under changelog)

-- Detail and listview now append "Rom name (1/3)", if this
    metadata is given.
-- New mode "Show only disk 1" button hiding all roms
    not disk 1 
-- Listviews are now ordered by name + medium (x/n)
- fixed emulator commandline parameter bug (default
   spaces before/after %ROM%)
-- now it is also possible to add parameters like
   -a:%ROM% (e.g. to start WinX68kHighSpeed)
